Halo Water Proofing has been the West Alexandria area's go-to call for Wet Basement Repair because we answer the phone, show up on time, and stand behind the work.
We're Halo Water Proofing — a OH-licensed, fully insured waterproofing outfit that's spent years learning exactly how water moves through West Alexandria-area foundations, and exactly how to stop it.
We don't send apprentices to figure it out on your dime. Every West Alexandria job is run by a technician who has done this exact repair dozens of times, with a supervisor who signs off before we call it finished.
One call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment window — not a call-back promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most West Alexandria customers didn't wake up one day with a flooded basement. It usually started small. These are the early signs worth calling about.
A musty smell in the basement or crawl space is usually moisture you can't see yet, not just "old house smell."
Even small cracks are worth a second look — they rarely stay small once seasonal ground movement gets involved.
It's easy to dismiss efflorescence as harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement through the wall.
A sump pump that never stops cycling is often working harder than it should, or is undersized for your West Alexandria lot's water table.
If a foundation wall looks like it's leaning or bulging inward, that's beyond a simple seal and needs a full assessment.
Flooring that's cupping or warping near an exterior wall is a common clue our West Alexandria crews trace back to a drainage issue.
From an emergency pump swap at 2 a.m. to a full exterior drainage system, this is the work we do in West Alexandria every day.
When your West Alexandria basement floods, minutes matter for your drywall, flooring, and belongings. We dispatch a crew fast, pull the water, and start drying the space with commercial-grade equipment the same visit.
Call for Emergency Service →Hairline cracks are how most West Alexandria basements start leaking. We use epoxy injection to seal the crack from the inside out, stopping the leak at the source instead of just painting over the symptom.
Get a Crack Assessment →Already have a sump pump that's failing or too small for your West Alexandria lot? We'll test it, tell you honestly whether it needs replacing, and size the new one to your actual water volume — not the cheapest unit on the truck.
Schedule a Pump Inspection →An interior drain tile system channels water to a sump pump before it ever reaches your West Alexandria basement floor — one of the most reliable long-term fixes we install.
Ask About Drain Systems →Older West Alexandria homes with vented crawl spaces are especially prone to seasonal moisture swings — encapsulation closes that off for good.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We can phase larger West Alexandria commercial projects around business hours or tenant schedules so operations aren't disrupted mid-project.

You call +1-866-476-1348 and talk to a real technician who asks the right questions to understand what's likely happening at your West Alexandria property.
A technician inspects the West Alexandria property in person, checking the foundation, drainage, grading, and any active moisture before recommending a fix.
No verbal estimates that change later. What's quoted for your West Alexandria job is what's invoiced.
Once the repair is done, you get documentation of the work and a written warranty — not just a handshake.
We quote the job in writing after inspecting it in person, so what you agree to on the phone or at your door is what shows up on the final invoice.
Our trucks stage locally around West Alexandria, which is why emergency calls typically get a technician on-site in under two hours, not "sometime tomorrow."
If a covered repair fails, we come back and make it right. That's written into every contract, not just promised on the phone.
Our technicians are paid to diagnose correctly, not to upsell — that changes the advice you actually get on-site.
We document the damage with photos and a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use, and we'll walk you through the claim process.
Every West Alexandria job reflects on the next referral, so we treat each one like it's the only advertising that matters.
"They came out the same afternoon I called about water coming in during a storm. Explained everything before they touched anything. Basement's been bone dry since."
"Fair price, showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves. Wish more contractors worked like this."
"Our old sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. They had a battery backup system installed within a day. Haven't worried about it since."
"Straightforward commercial quote, no back-and-forth, crew was professional the whole project."
"French drain install took two days like they said it would, not five. Yard was put back together better than before."
"Insurance claim was a headache until they stepped in with photos and a written scope. Adjuster approved it within a week after that."
